decent location, modern room, responsive staff

Street noise throughout the day and night!!! No real lobby or round-the-clock staffing can feel disorienting!!! Bathroom door needs fixing for safety concerns!!! Unmanned luggage storage is too risky for travelers!!!

i was just absolutely blown away by the misleading layout of my room, which was more like one big space than two separate rooms, and the tiny balcony—how quaint! breakfast was included, yet i only got a coffee and croissant—such a delightful surprise! i expected at least a room upgrade for my troubles but clearly my needs were not prioritized.

The bacon at breakfast was to die for, perfectly crispy! Plus, Angelica was super nice and accommodating, making our family's stay feel extra special. The nearby Bibo Bar served scrumptious sandwiches that fueled our Rome explorations.

But man, it was EXTREMELYYYY loud! We could hear people screaming outside, and even closing the window didn’t help. The queen bed felt cramped for two, and we had no luck with a good night’s sleep. It felt like a hotel within a hotel, which was confusing too.

Tranquil retreat in bustling Rome

Our stay in the Superior Double Room was delightful. The room was spacious, well-equipped with a fridge, and the staff were incredibly responsive via WhatsApp. The location was perfect for exploring, with most sights just a 20-minute stroll away. Waking up to the peaceful courtyard view was a refreshing start to each day.

Unfortunately, some outside noise from nearby streets was noticeable at times. While it didn’t significantly disrupt our rest, lighter sleepers might want to prepare for occasional disturbances.

staying at suite della pigna was wonderful! the location was perfect, just a quick walk to nearby restaurants and major attractions. our junior suite was spacious for our family, and having air conditioning made it easy to relax from the heat. we especially appreciated being able to easily communicate with the staff through whatsapp for any questions.

The room was super modern and spotless, and having the 24-hour reception made it feel safe and comfy. I loved relaxing with a soothing massage after our long days exploring the city. Just a heads up, the city noise was a bit more than I’m used to, but it didn’t keep me from getting a good night’s sleep! 🌟

My stay at suite della pigna during a wedding ceremony exceeded all expectations. The junior suite was spacious enough for three adults and very clean The central location was ideal for exploring rome, with many attractions within walking distance.
